We can set up your toll-free number or transfer an existing number to PRIMUS. With standard toll-free service, the company who receives the calls pays for them. Toll-free calling is an excellent marketing tool when you want your customers to have easy, free access to product and pricing information. Available dialing for toll-free area codes includes (800), (866), (877), and (888).

Ordering a Vanity Toll Free

A toll free vanity request is for a number in which one or all of the last seven digits meet the customer's request. A vanity request would not include instances where the customer requests a certain prefix.

PRIMUS will charge customers $25 for vanity numbers that are requested and confirmed available by the carrier. This charge is a direct pass through from our vendor and is a one time charge for each vanity number requested, not a monthly recurring charge.
