PRIMUS Basic Long Distance Calling Plan

PRIMUS' Basic Long Distance Calling Plan is for both business and residential customers that use direct dial long distance service from a business or residential location. All calls are billed in six second billing increments for calls made from a domestic location to a domestic location. All calls to international locations are billed in an initial thirty-second and additional six second billing increments.
A payphone surcharge of $0.35 per call applies to all payphone calls.

PRIMUS Primus Passport Pre Paid Calling Card Plan (pdf)
All calls are billed in one-minute increments.

Administrative Fee and Low Usage Fee
There is an administrative fee of $2.00 per month for each PRIMUS account. This fee is waived if you enroll in PRIMUS' on-line billing system.

PRIMUS may charge a monthly fee of $4.95 per month that applies to PRIMUS accounts that bill less than $50.00 per month (excluding taxes and other fees).
