*Please note if you are using SoftCart® Start-Up (for 10 products or less), there is no documentation for this product. Start-Up contains Construction Wizard and online help to walk you through building your store.
How do I login to my Mercantec account?
Log in to framework using ADMIN accounts. (see Logging into PRIMUS Accounts under FAQs)
- Select "My Company"
- Under My Storefronts click "Store Manager"
- You will come to a login page
- Your username will be the same as the login you use to login to PRIMUS. (Example: username@mydomain.com)
- The password is the username before the @ followed by an underscore and the user's contact ID. (Example: Username_12345).
To get your contact ID, you can go to the help section or you can contact technical support.
- Click login.

Bank One Credit Card Questions
Contact PRIMUS first. If need be, we will refer you to Mercantec's Bank One Payment Services at 1-888-698-2262 or to ecommerce@paymentech.com. If you need answers concerning funding or deposits, call 1-888-807-5874 (24 x 7).
Mercantec SoftCart® Questions
Contact PRIMUS first. If need be, we will refer you to Mercantec's Technical Support Team at 1-630-305-3200 (7am to 7pm Central Time Monday-Friday).
