How do I view my WebTrends reports?
Log in to the framework using ADMIN account. (See Logging into PRIMUS Accounts section)
- Click "My Company".
- Under "My Websites" or "My Storefronts" (depends on package) select WebTrends.
- You will not be prompted for authentication.
- This requires authentication in the format of MCLEAN\USERNAME. This will be the same account user to FTP to server and an be
viewed by editing your user account. This username is your "Short Login".
Why is there no data in my WebTrends reports?
Several reasons could cause this. However, the most popular reason is reports are generated 24 hours after the current day. If you feel you should have reports
please contact PRIMUS Technical support.
