If you are requesting a toll-free number for the first time, you need to complete a Toll-Free Reservation Form and speak with your agent or call us at

Can I bring an existing toll-free number to PRIMUS?
Yes, you can transfer an existing 800 number to PRIMUS. Contact your agent for more information or call us at 1-800-393-4500. Reach us by e-mail at usacs@ia.primustel.com.
