How do I register a new domain using an existing account?
- On http://www.PRIMUS.com, click on Domain Services.
- Click on Start Here
- Click on ***Registered Customers - MUST Click Here ***
- A Security Alert box will pop-up letting you know you are going to a secure site. Click Yes to proceed.
- Type in your username and password
- Another security alert box will pop-up letting you know you are being redirected to a secure site. Click Yes to continue.
- You will come to a page title, "Help Desk Provisioning".
- Choose the radial button for "I want to REGISTER a new domain".
- At the next page, type in the domain name you want in the box next to www.
- Check the box with the appropriate ending (ie. .com, .net, etc.)
- Use the dropdown box next to the check box to select the number of years you want the domain to be registered to you.
- Please take the time to read the Registration Agreement and Dispute Policy.
- Check the box after, "I have read, understood and accept the register.com registration."
- Click Next
- If the domain is already taken, you will get a message stating so. Please choose another domain name and repeat steps 10-16.
- Once the domain registration is completed, the next page will give you a reciept stating you now have registered the desired domain.
- Print out the receipt for your records.
