If my website appears to be down, what can I do?
Several items may cause a website to appear down. The most common in DNS.

1. Verify ISP connectivity by visiting well known sites such as yahoo.com or msn.com
2. Try to PING your website from a Command Prompt. (If you are using a Windows Operating System, you should find this option in your Programs)
3. Try to PING well known sites. (ie. www.yahoo.com)
   PING mydomainname.com
   PING www.mydomainname.com
   PING www.yahoo.com
4. If you receive a reply, then your site is working. Otherwise, contact PRIMUS Technical Support.
