How do I FTP into my site?
- On the PRIMUS.com site click "Hosting Account Login".
- You will then be taken to a Username and Password screen.
- Enter your username in one of the following formats:
A) testpilot@primusbiz.com
B) testpilot1234
- Click "Login"
- You may receive a "Security Alert" screen stating that will be redirected to a secure connection. Click "Yes"
- Click on My Company.
- In the "My Websites" section, click on "(help)". (This is located next to the WebTrends link.)
- In this section you will find all the information you need to use ftp as well as front page information.
If you do not have a client from which to ftp, there are links to two clients downloads, WS-ftp and Cuteftp.

Please verify that you have the correct username and password as well as the correct hostname. If you need to change your website or
have it reset, please contact PRIMUS Technical Support.
How quickly is my content available once I've uploaded it?
Typically, you have a basic shared hosting package the content will be available immediately.
If you have a package which has the load balanced services, the changes will take approximately an hour.
This is due to the replication that needs to take place between the other two servers used to create the
load balanced environment.
